We do not directly rent vehicles, process bookings, or act as an agent for any rental company listed on the Site. Listings on the Site are informational in nature. Any transaction you enter into with a listed rental company is solely between you and that company.

3. Prohibited Uses — Data Scraping, Harvesting, and Unauthorized Reproduction

You are expressly prohibited from, and agree not to, engage in any of the following activities:

6. Paid Listing Plans and Subscriptions

We offer paid subscription plans that provide enhanced listing features and placement. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plan or feature at any time.
  • Failure to pay subscription fees may result in downgrade of your listing to the free tier.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Adams County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
