He went above and beyond and provided world class service. WOW! I was blown away! Please give him a raise to retain this very valuable and once in a life time employee. He literally showed me 8 cars and even pulled out one in the back lot that ended up being the car I truly needed. Amazing! I am full of gratitude. 🙇‍♀️

I usually rent with Hertz when i need a rental for claim purposes or personal rental but after working with Kyrie I will now he renting at his location and with the company . I usually rent with Hertz when i need a rental for claim purposes or personal rental but after working with Kyrie I will now he renting at his location and with the company . He got me in and out with my rental and advise he will call my insurance to make sure everything will be taking care of from his end . Kelly was very charming, thoughtful and helpful. Finding us the car we wanted, closing a door to eliminate a cold breeze, and helping us understand the paperwork and charges. A very pleasant person to desk with. The vehicle we got was top notch and brand new.
