I recently rented a vehicle for a trip to Las Vegas, and unfortunately, this was one of the most unsafe and unpleasant rental experiences I’ve ever had. On the way home, the tire suddenly b... read more I recently rented a vehicle for a trip to Las Vegas, and unfortunately, this was one of the most unsafe and unpleasant rental experiences I’ve ever had. On the first day, the tire pressure light came on. I added air, the light went off, and we continued the trip. On the way home, the tire suddenly blew out while driving through the Cajon Pass, leaving us stranded on the side of the road until AAA (which I had to pay for myself) came to put on the spare tire. When I returned the car, I asked the representative to inspect the tire in front of me. Instead, he kept insisting on pulling the car around back, repeating “let me pull the car in the back.” I pointed directly to the tire, yet after sending me inside, he suddenly “found” a hole and claimed I must have driven over a nail. When I asked to see the nail, he told me it must have blown out with the tire. I found it highly suspicious that there was no nail, yet he so quickly concluded it was my fault. To make matters worse, the vehicle had not been inspected since July 2025, despite being rented to me as a “new” 2025 model. Rather than ensuring their fleet is safe, the company shifted blame to me. This was unsafe, stressful, and unacceptable. A rental company should prioritize safety and accountability, not excuses. I strongly urge this company to take responsibility, properly inspect their vehicles, and ensure no other renter has to go through what I did.

It is very easy to book a car on Midway. The staff, especially Tyler and Paul were very accommodating and friendly. Making adjustments was also easy and their rentals are actually worth the price!

First time using Midway. I got my Audi serviced and the sent me here. Jason met me with a great attitude and provided me with exceptional service. I asks him to bring me a Bentley, but I got a Prius instead. That’s the only negative thing I have to say. 😉. Seriously though, the car was very nice... read more First time using Midway. I’ve used Midway car rentals several times now - this experience was the same as the past experiences… excellent. Great customer service, friendly and fast. Specifically, Paul was fantastic today. Thank you, Midway and Paul.
