Guy was extremely personable, answered all my questions, and was more than accommodating. I will not only be back next year for Guy's phenomenal customer service but would highly recommend to anyone looking for a more premium car rental experience!

Enterprise used to be the go to car rental because of the top notch service they offered. My experience today at 1 pm with the fine folks working at 17th and Wilshire told me the times have changed. Despite paying for the largest car (a thi... read more Enterprise used to be the go to car rental because of the top notch service they offered. My experience today at 1 pm with the fine folks working at 17th and Wilshire told me the times have changed. The employees I worked with couldn’t have been less polite. Despite paying for the largest car (a third row) enterprise offered, they told me I had in fact paid for a smaller car which couldn’t have accommodated the size of our group. Rather than offering an upgrade we were told we could not be accommodated unless we paid an additional $150. There are no people renting cars right now. There’s no reason we shouldn’t have been afforded an upgrade. I will post the names of the miserable employees we worked with when we return our $550 vehicle that could have been rented for half that price by Alamo. Two thumbs down for the service we didn’t receive. We won’t be using Enterprise again.

Worst service ever. Manny the area manager is training his staff to be a pack of wolves. This is sad because enterprise used to be a safe place for customers. Now expect to be treated like a number. Rude management

I am really grateful to this company they treated me excellent the car waooooo impeccable very clean without any detail they took the car to my hotel the young luis very friendly at all times really that my trip went to another level totally thanks for everything they are incredible 😎💪 🏻🍾✈️
