They have prov... read more Checkout wasnt ideal, but we left with a vehicle (it was feeling dicey even though I had booked an Exotic 6 weekes in advance. The return crew was phenomenal and even got us a baggage cart for our luggage so we didn't feel like donkeys trekking to the airport. I always use Enterprise. They have proven to me they are committed to customer care from top to bottom. Their boots on the ground are phenomenal -- training they receive shines through.

This has been the worst rental experience. The location gave me a car with “oil that is below minimum, refill immediately”. This is the worst waste of time. I called the branch multiple times and no one answered and kept getting transferred to “the department that takes care do that”. There is no ma... read more This has been the worst rental experience. The location gave me a car with “oil that is below minimum, refill immediately”. This is the worst waste of time. I called the branch multiple times and no one answered and kept getting transferred to “the department that takes care do that”. There is no manager I can speak to. I’m on vacation and this is the worst experience with a car rental I have ever had.
