Terrible experience. We booked a S-Class for a wedding almost 2 months in advance and once we got there, the only option we were given was an Audi Q5 stating that it is actually an ‘Upgrade’ to S-Class. We booked a S-Class for a wedding almost 2 months in advance and once we got there, the only option we were given was an Audi Q5 stating that it is actually an ‘Upgrade’ to S-Class. Imagine you are left without an option just 2 hours before your wedding. Jonathan at the counter wasn’t helpful as well. I have never experienced this kind of poor service from enterprise before.

I was in the LA area visiting family for a week. I arrived to Ontario airport. I had booked from an Enterprise office outside of the airport about 3 miles because it was much cheaper than at the airport office; a family member picked me up and drove me to the office. There was not a long line in front of me - only 2 people. The only glitch was that a car in the class (economy) that I had booked was not available when I got there. The representative then offered me 4 different cars in higher classes, but 2 of them turned out to need oil changes, one was too large for me (a big SUV), and the final one was a very nice Honda, which I accepted. This all took about 45 mins. I didn't really mind. The representative was very pleasant and helpful, and I was not in a hurry. Returning the car was very easy and quick. So, I enjoyed a week with a very classy car and had no problems. A fine experience.

Arrived earlier then scheduled & was still welcomed. Received complimentary upgrade, No long waits, and transactions process was quick & easy. Everyone was very friendly & helpful in answering questions regarding placed to see while in CA. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Great value, clean & dependable vehicle.

Great experience. The staffs were very helpful. The vehicle was upgraded without extra cost. Upon returning the car, Mr. Gary Smith offered to drive us back to our Hotel. It was 108F, a mile away. Custo... read more ust wanted to tell you briefly about my most recent experience with Enterprise at the E. Holt location in Ontario, CA. This rental was my third one this month (Sept) all at Enterprise. Normally, I have the GREATEST experience with Enterprise and you are my 1st choice when I need to rent a car. Customer service is always great and the reps are SUPER helpful and go above and beyond their duties to help. My most recent experience at the Ontario location was Not that same experience. I did a weekend rental and due to the death of my grandmother that happened during that weekend rental, coupled with a hip fracture that landed my mother in the ER during the same time frame, I had to keep the rental longer. When I called to see what kind of deal they could give me beyond my weekend rental, they were super rude and very short with me. I explained the tragedy and they acted like I said I fell down and skinned my knee - no sympathy AT ALL and they definitely DID NOT go above and beyond the call of duty. Basically, they said there was nothing they could do for me except charge me a daily rate beyond the weekend rental. I explained to them that I needed to keep the car an extra week until the following Monday and was there a weekly rate they could give me given the circumstances. They flat out said NO, only that I would be charged a daily rate each day until I brought the car back. I asked them also if there was any way I could return the car early the morning of Oct. 2 since they do not open until 8 a.m. and I had to catch an 8:30 flight or was there someone from Enterprise who could pick up the car from where I was staying (about 5 miles away). Again, they said NO and no solution was offered to help me in any way at all. They did say I could drop the car off at the Ontario airport location, but I would be charged a $25 drop fee. REALLY! Again, I expected better treatment given the circumstance I described above and also given the fact that I am an Enterprise member. Needless to say, I will never rent from this location again.
