Even though I saw ... read more I wouldn’t recommend this Newport Beach location to my worst enemy. I came in for a class-for-class swap after an accident with my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid. You’d expect an ‘Exotic’ collection in 2026 to be cutting-edge, but they claimed they didn't have a single hybrid available. Even though I saw Lucid Airs and Mercedes EQS models sitting right there, I was told 'no.' When I asked for the German luxury cars (Audi, Mercedes, BMW), I was told they were all 'reserved.' It felt like blatant profiling—they didn't want me in the good fleet and tried to shove me into a Nissan Sentra, a massive downgrade in every way. The real joke started next. I spent 20 minutes being told ‘no’ to every car I actually wanted. Then I spent another 20 minutes watching one guy clean a Sentra right in front of me. Finally, after a second guy came out to help, they told me I’d have to wait another 25 minutes because the car needed gas and—I kid you not—the guy with the gas card was on lunch. I wasted over an hour being disrespected and lied to. This isn't a premium service; it’s a third-rate operation with Newport Beach branding. Save your time and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

Great service! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was referred here by Land Rover Newport Beach, and the rental shop exceeded expectations by offering me a larger vehicle than my own, which was in for service. Really appreciated the smooth and generous experience.

This place has many exotic cars for you to choose from! I highly recommend all of the renters to take photos and videos with all the dents, scratches, and cracks on windshields or on glass before you drive off the lot to protect yourself. I highly recommend all of the renters to take photos and videos with all the dents, scratches, and cracks on windshields or on glass before you drive off the lot to protect yourself. Be sides that everything went smooth. They will try to sell you insurance coverage, but if you rent the vehicle for a long time, then it could get expensive!

I try to rent a corvette once a year when I visit Orange County. This year both Caitlin and Emily did an amazing job to help the process go smoothly. I can’t say enough about how professional and courteous they both were. I wouldn’t want to rent from anyone else.
