Since I was driving through uphill roads, the car they provided ended up being a better fit. This was my first time renting a car, and the entire process including the return was smooth and easy. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be booking with them again!

Quick and fast service! Got an upgrade without asking for it. The rep was super nice. This BMW X7 drives itself! Seriously considering renting one just to drive around in!

The pickup process was great, however once i dropped the car off the account hasn’t been closed and they are taking $500 per day out of my account!!!! Even though I’ve asked for my account to be closed they are still taking money. I’m on holidays and don’t need to be stressing about this. I will never hire from this company again, they are causing too much stress for my holiday. I’m not impressed at all

Picked the car up from Las Vegas branch at 8:16am, they said if we can’t drop it off before 3pm in Los angeles downtown we have it for 24 hours so we can drop it back the following morning no extra charge, we went to drop it back at 8:16am and realised they don’t open till 9am, we dropped the car of... read more Picked the car up from Las Vegas branch at 8:16am, they said if we can’t drop it off before 3pm in Los angeles downtown we have it for 24 hours so we can drop it back the following morning no extra charge, we went to drop it back at 8:16am and realised they don’t open till 9am, we dropped the car off at 9:01am and they didn’t return it until 9:35am and charged an extra day, and won’t give a refund. very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend if your a tourist from overseas.
