I wrote a review on Yelp stating how professional, accommodating and kind Candice and (her name escapes me right now, I can see her face and am irritated that I can't remember her name) are/were the first time I rented from this location - the reply to my review made me feel appreciated, valued and special, thank you :) I rented from this location again and the experience was just like the first time. Candance, Nish and TIffany (I believe that's her name) were are amazing! Everyone is so kind, you'd think they were clones but there's no way possible this is a fact. I'd just about given up on renting from Midway because of the service/lack thereof, and misinformation received from a different location until I met this location. I plan to rent from Midway West LA when the need arises. The owner of this location has great discernment when hiring. Thank you, I appreciate those you've hired to represent you and the brand. The other owners/locations need to be mentored by you.

I rented a Toyota Prius for 8 days and drove it out to Vegas, the whole process was super smooth from start to finish. The car was clean, reliable, and perfect for the long drive (plus great on gas). Special shoutout to Nish and Candice, they were both so friendly and helpful. They made everything easy, from picking up the car to answering all my questions. You can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely recommend Midway if you’re looking for a hassle-free rental with great service.
