I've got a super great service by Donna. She was very helpful and kind. Affordable prices and clean cars with the latest model. I was supposed to get a Chevy Trax according to what I reserved but the agent at the office gave me an upgrade for free to a Toyota Highlander 2026 - 7 seated. In addition, the day when I returned my car to teh office next to LAX airport, I got the refund of the deposit that I paid immediately, I didn't even wait 1 minute.

Everything went great with Midway and the rental process. Quick shuttle ride from LAX to Midway rental pick up (they sent clear instructions prior to the trip). Easy pick up process and actually got the car I reserved. Car was clean and in great condition. Quick shuttle ride from LAX to Midway rental pick up (they sent clear instructions prior to the trip). Easy pick up process and actually got the car I reserved. Car was clean and in great condition. Easy drop off…just parked and handed over the key. A+ rental agency. Will definitely use them again.

I had rented from every “reasonably priced” rental agency at LAX and always hated the upsell (for insurance, toll pass, gas, etc), not to mention long wait for shuttles and at rental counter. So decided to give Midway a try because it was well reviewed and I always see them in Beverly Hills (on Robe... read more I had rented from every “reasonably priced” rental agency at LAX and always hated the upsell (for insurance, toll pass, gas, etc), not to mention long wait for shuttles and at rental counter. So decided to give Midway a try because it was well reviewed and I always see them in Beverly Hills (on Robertson) with super fancy cars. Before my arrival day I received multiple emails telling me to be ready to provide 2 forms of photo ID, proof of residency for SoCal resident, and proof of insurance, and how to get to Midway from airport. So there is no ambiguity or confusion. I was not disappointed in any aspects. I walked from terminal 7 per instructed (15-20min), and was served within 5-8 min of waiting in line. I was politely and respectably served by an agent who didn’t try to upsell anything because I provided everything in prior emails. So I was in and out quickly and even got bumped to a larger more comfortable vehicle. The car was clean, looks and smells good, only problem was gas was not full (one bar lower than full) but I had already left so oh well. Upon returning there’s a little confusion on where the return area was (signs weren’t intuitive or clear to me) but I stopped and asked a counter personnel who clearly instructed me where. I was checked in quickly and after a brief walk through I was done. And there was plenty of shuttles (Joe’s parking) immediately adjacent for return to airport. Btw the cheapest gas I found in LA was in Inglewood area during the last week of May. I would for sure rent from them again and have already recommenced it to others.

I was extremely pleased with this company. The shuttle from LAX to the rental pickup office was super easy and the driver was friendly. When I made the reservation, I chose the least expensive option (Chevy Trax or something) so I was surprised when the car that pulled up was a brand new Toyota 4Runner. A day before my rental car was due, I received an email with detailed instructions on how to return the car. The entire process was effortless and the staff at the counter were friendly too.

Five stars. Everything was amazing. We didn’t originally book with Midway. Our flight got delayed and the other company “Black & White” literally left us without a car and didn’t care or return our money. We decided to book with Midway instead and it was so quick and smooth. Big shout out to Sham fo... read more Five stars. Everything was amazing. We didn’t originally book with Midway. Our flight got delayed and the other company “Black & White” literally left us without a car and didn’t care or return our money. We decided to book with Midway instead and it was so quick and smooth. Big shout out to Sham for the amazing customer service. He was so helpful and really made our day. Highly recommend.
