On 1/26, we first looked at Hertz, but honestly, the price was way too expensive.
Then we found this place. The price was very affordable, but we were a bit worried about the service. After reading many positive reviews, we decided to rent from here.
Michael helped us, and he was extremely kind and professional.
There were no extra charges, no pressure to add options, and no surprise fees like you see in reviews of other companies. Everything was exactly as we originally booked, same options and same price.
If this is your first time renting a car in LA, I recommend this place. I think you’ll have a great experience!🙂

What an amazing experience at Midway Car Rental!
First of all, KK, the agent that greeted me immediately upon arrival and invited me to her office and offered me a bottle of water and was kind, friendly, and most notably, efficient, got me out of the office and in my rental car in just a few minutes. Thanks KK!
Second, this does not look like a normal car rental desk...I kinda looked like the hotel check in.
Third, the car was ready before I approached the kiosk. It was clean and sanitized and looked and smelled brand new.
I'm sure it was because I just happened to arrive when there was no wait, but maybe they planned to over staff on a Sunday afternoon. Whatever they did, they did it right! Kudos Midway...I just wish I could have extended my rental, but I understand the policies and availability restrictions.

Alex vasquez made me feel welcomed, explained collision coverage differences which I wasn't aware that the coverage I purchased on-line was not as rich as the coverage Midway provides and I asked to switch coverage which he guided me through the process. Also it was a few dollars less. He explained each section of the contract thoroughly and came across as well-informed. Car delivery review: Jose C. Went over the vehicle's condition inside and out and showed me the pics of the entire car and sent them to me via email. He showed me the gas tank was full upon delivery. Jose C. was polite and delivered excellent customer service. Between the two of them, that's how you deliver customer service.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽.
I will definitely recommend Midway for your next car rental and if you purchase collision coverage purchase directly through Midway upon arrival instead of using a third party provider whose location you don't even know.
