I had such a great experience renting from this business , they made my experience with them feel like the calm after the storm.
I had been involved in a car accident
which left me without a car or without a way to get home they were so nice that they even came to pick me up at the body shop drove me to their office handled all the paperwork and that was it. I left in shock at how efficient and nice these people really are. I loved the car I rented from them and I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to rent a car. I’ll be going back soon to rent from them until my car is out of the bodyshop .

I've got to tell you all about the manager, Mr. Mike Jaime. Even when he's checking in 35 cars from the week, and busy as can be, he maintains a positive attitude and a level of professionalism that is not easy to find not just in LA, but anywhere these days!
He was able to help me with an issue with my other rental (caused by me and not them), and even got me into another car the same day!! I am seriously impressed, and believe he deserves a shout out, bc his strong, confident, and professional leadership obviously shapes the entire office, and likely the reason that his entire team is also impressively amazing!
Even the parking attendant person, Tressi, is awesome too! Best car rental company in LA, and maybe some of the best people anyone could meet out here. Thanks!
Got a new 2026 Prius. Extremely clean and incredibly great on gas!! The crew at Midway were great! The even picked me up at the dealership. Quick and easy to get the car, and with unlimited mileage. I highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend this midway location and If you are there ask for Theodora she is the best. This will be my go to place for renting a car from now on.
