Made a reservation, was sent someone else’s reservation itinerary from a different airport. I arrive at airport and there are no Go Rental staff present. I called the company and they said no one is working today but they were “locating a vehicle for me”, when I asked how do I give my payment inform... read more Made a reservation, was sent someone else’s reservation itinerary from a different airport. I arrive at airport and there are no Go Rental staff present. I called the company and they said no one is working today but they were “locating a vehicle for me”, when I asked how do I give my payment information I was told to provide that information to a random third party at the terminal. Cancelled my reservation immediately. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was hesitant to use them as I hadn’t utilized their services before. I later looked at the quote and realized it has been quoted for a short... read more I was hesitant to use them as I hadn’t utilized their services before. Their customer service was very “concierge” and responsive, and when I had a dispute over the final price vs the quoted price, they conceded and refunded me. I later looked at the quote and realized it has been quoted for a shorter period of time and I probably should have paid more after and and somewhat my fault for not being more diligent in reviewing the dates. I was really impressed that they went out of their way to work it out with me. I’ll be flying into the Atlantic aviation site pretty often and they’ve def gained my trust, so I will def be using them more. Not often you can call a number/ send an email and get a response so quickly.
