First rate service. Good quality cars, in good shape, and waiting for you upon arrival. No shuttle, no long line, no "sorry, we're still washing the car." Just great service that meets all their promises. Yes, you're paying more for it, but oh-so-worth-it!

This company does not answer the phone, even the customer assistance phone No goes to a recording. I do not know how these people stay in business. it is 3 pm on a working day and the hours of operation show open till 5 pm.

WARNING: SCAM! We booked a small car at LAX and were lied to from start to finish at the counter. We were told we had to pay for additional insurance, an eToll, and a Fast Track Pass because everyone else was doing it. When we asked why we had to pay for these things, we were lied to and told that t... read more WARNING: SCAM! We booked a small car at LAX and were lied to from start to finish at the counter. We were told we had to pay for additional insurance, an eToll, and a Fast Track Pass because everyone else was doing it. When we asked why we had to pay for these things, we were lied to and told that the toll fees were due anyway and would be 35% more expensive. We only had one toll booth in San Francisco, which cost a few euros. Yet, we were supposed to pay €150. The woman at the service desk was also rude and claimed that German insurance policies weren't valid in the USA. Luckily, we didn't accept anything and saved €400. Unbelievable to be treated like this on your honeymoon. Never again.
