It was the first time using their service and Rocky was super helpful with the entire process. I had wanted to specifically rent a convertible and have unlimited miles since the plan was to drive out of town. He understood my requests and noticed his effort in trying to make it happen. He also escorted me to the car and gave some tips on how to use some of the features, like opening/closing the top of the car. Really appreciated it.

From pickup to drop-off, everything was smooth and convenient. A special thanks to Mike for making the pickup process quick and easy. We returned the car at LAX, and the shuttle arrived almost immediately, which made the drop-off just as seamless.
