I got a LAMBORGHINI URUS Performante for a few weeks in amazing condition. Alacantra Suede interior tops, carbon fiber finish and amazing bang & olfsen speakers. My Ferrari Roma was recently rear ended and in the repair shop and they were able to get me a temporary car quick with amazing pickup / dropoff flexible and timing. JUAN is the best manager and contact I worked with there. The ops team (David?) I forgot the name were great, I tipped them in cash 10-20 and provided lunch. I highly recommend Juan, B&W and the whole team!

In a pinch, I quickly rented from B&W and d... read more I recently had an experience that truly highlighted the importance of customer care over the impersonal nature of big corporations. I had reserved a car for a long trip through Booking.com, but unfortunately, Enterprise failed to provide me with a vehicle. In a pinch, I quickly rented from B&W and discovered that they aren't registered in all states when picking up a car, which didn’t work for me. Robert from B&W provided outstanding support. He took the time to explain everything and helped me navigate the complexities of getting my refund from Booking.com, as there were no other available cars through their service. He even assisted me in finding and renting a car from some of his competitors to help me out in a stressful situation. What stood out to me was Robert's genuine kindness and willingness to help, even when it didn’t benefit him at all. This experience reminded me of the crucial role personal customer service plays, especially when dealing with larger corporations that often treat customers as just another number. Robert’s dedication made all the difference, and I truly appreciate the level of care he provided during such a stressful time.

I had a great experience with B&W car rental at LAX! They were very prompt picking me up from the airport and I felt super safe during the shuttle. Everyone was very kind and respectful, I would definitely recommend.

Special thanks to Amber for an exemplary & kind services throughout the whole process. Inquiries were handled fast & with much care & attention. Amber was always ready with solution and would go to the extent to make sure our needs were taken care of. The car was great, clean, and the checkout/return process were super convenient with no hassle. Rates were reasonable for such a top of the line & flexible customized services. Would love to do business again with Amber & Black and White. This was our first time renting from B&W and certainly won't be the last.. It's truly a home while you're away from home. Well done guys!!

My friend I rented a car from them. Getting picked up by Hector did an amazing job getting us to and from the airport. We walked in they had the car ready for us to go. When we returned the car it was quick and easy. I'll be renting from them again.
