W... read more I filled out the reservation form on their website after closing, but immediately got a response with pricing and availability. Picked up the next day at 8:00 AM with no issues. While they helped me ensure my insurance would cover the rental and took my other info we were served fantastic coffee. We were treated very well, and the staff was very nice. They brought us our 2025 Porsche 911 convertible and parked our other car we had arrived in for us for free. The car was spotless and was in immaculate condition. No smells, just perfect. Our host very kindly went over the vehicle and explained everything about the car and its features to ensure we had a seamless experience in a vehicle I’d never driven before. We took the car on Mulholland Drive then to the PCH and the beach. We just had a fantastic day. It was an unforgettable experience for my parents and I. We returned the car with no issue and it didn’t take longer than 5 minutes. I would 100% trust these great people again to make our trip unforgettable. Thank you!

Good pricing, enough miles included and a fast transparent process. Car was very clean and a pleasure to drive. Also the location in Beverly Hills is quick and easy accesible. Octavia, my contact person, took his time to guide us through the functions of the car, before we took of. Next time I’ll definitely come back !

Alen & team are so kind and helpful — I used a ROMA spider for about a month while my ROMA was in the Ferrari certified AVIO coach craft bodyshop. Alen the GM/owner e... read more Alen & team are so kind and helpful — I used a ROMA spider for about a month while my ROMA was in the Ferrari certified AVIO coach craft bodyshop. Miss ROMA spider was in mint perfect condition & had a great engine drive and condition in its mechanics, electrics and aesthetics. Alen the GM/owner easily contacted the claim / insured stakeholders to cover payment since I was a recent victim of personal injury / 18-wheeler rear ended me.

Conrad Los Angeles helped connect us with them, and from the beginning, their team was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The rental and return processes were both smooth and easy, which made our last day in LA much more enjoyable and stress-free. After we returned home, I also contacted them to request a copy of the agreement with my name instead of my husband’s, and they responded promptly and kindly to help with that as well. We truly appreciated their excellent customer service and professionalism. I would gladly recommend Beverly Hills Car Rental to others and would be happy to use their service again.

They made the upfront process seamless (even for an international drivers license holder), provided personal contact details for me during the rental for peace of mind, and gave me a lift to the airport after I returned the vehicle.
