Horrible experience at this location. Came in and the salesman had an electric car and we agreed on a price for a day rental, only to find out the location didn't have a drop to return the car after hours. Came back after doing the math of an Uber to the airport would be about the same cost as the 65 dollar one way fee to drop at the airport. We agreed to that to return the car the next morning at 6am the next day. In the parking lot trying to access the rental agreement and taking pictures of the damages, before taking the car, the agreement wasn't accessible. Only to find out the email was missing a letter so I couldn't see it. After fixing the letter on the email address, I was able to see the reservation (but nothing else) like the agreement, or damage report. After a long day of visiting the beach, I received an email asking why I haven't returned the car. In a panic (because it wasn't suppose to be back till 6 am) The reservation apparently had a pick up time at 10 and a return time of 1:00 pm at the airport. I tried the help line. That too was horrible. Sounded like a call center somewhere with a language barrier and kids playing in the background and getting nothing resolved. Next I drove to the airport to try to resolve this in person. To my suprise, the airport staff was no help at all and rude. The gave me the option to extend it for two more 20 dollar charges. I will be calling my credit card company and filing a complaint at the bbb. The 83 dollar car now cost over 200 for a day rental. (All companies in the area advertise 59 dollar electric, in the area). Horrible experience and do not recommend.

What I appreciated most was his combination of customer focus and practical problem-solving. He communicated clearly, handled the swap smoothly, and has continued to be helpful after delivery, including offering convenient service options for the upcoming oil change. He also brings a calm, solutions-oriented approach that is not always easy to find.

First time renting from Sixt. Impressive customer service and very personable. Johnny is one cool cat. He was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly accommodated my car needs when I showed up without a reservation. I highly recommend Sixt. See Johnny. You won’t be disappointed!
