I rented the Rolls Royce Cullinan for a few days while visiting LA from the opposite coast and I couldn't recommend this place more highly. First, I dealt directly with Joey, the general manager. He is legit one of the kindest, most responsive and accommodating people you could meet. Yes, it's his job, of course--but it's more than that. Joey's characters shines through in every interaction and transaction. It is an absolute pleasure to be in his orbit. The pricing, contract, drop-off and pick-up were all seamless. The car was exactly what we expected: clean, well-maintained, comfortable. If you're looking for the "super car experience," look no further. With decent deals on pricing that included a free third day, this place is not to be missed. We can't wait to return to try another vehicle soon. I rented a Corvette C8 with Supercar Experience Exotic Car Rentals during my trip to Los Angeles and my experience was very positive. It was an easy seamless transaction up to picking up the car as well as contacting their customer service. Unfortunately, during my trip, I had an incident and had to return the car early, so I didn't get to enjoy it how I liked to, but during the whole process, everyone was very professional and understanding. I will definitely be giving my business to them again when I am in Los Angeles in the near future.

I really wanted to leave this exotic rental company a good review because they offer benefits that many other rental companies don’t, like unlimited miles. But after what I experienced, I felt it was best to share my honest thoughts.
On September 27, I decided to give this company a try because they had great reviews and great vehicles. I originally booked the McLaren 750S Spider for one day on September 28. On the pickup day, I received a message saying the McLaren was leaking coolant and was no longer available. That was totally fine to me. I understand exotic cars, especially McLarens, have maintenance issues all the time. They told me the only car available was the blue Corvette, so I took it. It was a big downgrade from the McLaren, but I accepted it.
They also said they would refund me the price difference between the McLaren and the Corvette. I had paid $1,526.90 for the McLaren ($1,249 before taxes), while the Corvette cost $548.90 ($449 before taxes). Based on that, the refund should have been about $981 (the taxes changed by a couple dollars from when I booked it). Instead, they told me they would only refund $800. They basically only refunded the difference in the base prices and didn’t include any of the taxes or fees I paid on the McLaren, even though the price difference was huge. This already felt a bit unfair, and honestly, it’s the moment where the whole situation started to feel like a classic bait-and-switch.
On the return day when I asked about the refund, one of the workers, Joey I believe, acted like there was no refund being processed at all and even acted like the McLaren never had a coolant issue. I found that very suspicious because I had clear messages confirming both. It felt like he was pretending the whole thing never happened.
That same day, I also caused curb rash to one of the tires and took responsibility for it. I asked if they could deduct the repair cost from the refund that was supposed to be sent to me. They told me it was “too late” because the refund had already gone through. After everything that happened with the McLaren, I didn’t feel comfortable giving them more money without actually seeing the refund. I do understand these cars are expensive and things happen, but the situation really made me feel like I was being set up and switched around. I ended up giving them $100 and planned to send the rest once the refund hit my account—just so I could trust the process. But that refund never came.
They told me it would arrive within 5–7 business days. After waiting the full 7 days and seeing nothing, I filed a dispute with my bank. Thankfully, my dispute was recently accepted. But even after being told multiple times that the refund had already been sent, nothing ever showed up in my account.
I was hoping to use this company long-term since I travel to LA often for business trips, but after this experience, I felt it was important to share what happened. I have also included messages below.
