We originally had booked our flight to LA with a different rental car company and we paid for everything in advance. I had received an email from them that was a ‘what you’ll need at check in’ and that we had to provide a debit card OR credit card at check in for our car reservation. When we arrived in LA, we waited over an hour in line at this rental car company just to be denied our reservation for not providing a credit card ??? I was floored… I told her about the email I received that didn’t say anything about ‘only credit cards’. I told her that I already paid in advance for this reservation with my debit card AND I was giving her the same card I booked the reservation with… she would hardly look at me, she was so cold to us and would not accept it or refund it. I was absolutely devastated. We were stranded for hours in LA before we found Rex. They were very nice and understanding of our situation, fast service, super helpful and very affordable. They even gave us a ride back to the airport as well! We will be going straight to them during any of our visits to LA in the future!

Really friendly staff. Offer pickup and delivery to the airport as well. Booking and collection was seamless and easy. Can definitely recommend

Rex Car Rental was super easy to work with. The car was clean, ran great, and pickup/drop-off was quick. Staff was friendly and helpful the whole time. Definitely recommend if you need a reliable rental without any hassle.

My only go- to when in LA!! Nobody does it like Max, Matt and team at Rex especially for white glove, reliable service. They make literal magic happen even on a Frid... read more My only go- to when in LA!! Nobody does it like Max, Matt and team at Rex especially for white glove, reliable service. I come back in town a lot, sometimes with less than a day notice depending on my schedule and have been working with them over a year. They make literal magic happen even on a Friday night to pull something together then make it as easy, quick and discreet as possible for me to drop it off even if they’re closed. And they are the kindest, most professional group. Absolute a-team.
