Th... read more I had a great experience at Midway Car Rental thanks to Candice and Nish. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Everything was handled very smoothly and efficiently, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I felt very well taken care of. I will definitely come back again in the future and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service!

Once I started renting from their West LA office everything changed and my experience became as positive as it could be... read more I have been renting from Midway for over a year now and have been very happy with their service and their cars. At first I rented from Midway's LAX office and the service was good. Once I started renting from their West LA office everything changed and my experience became as positive as it could be. In addition to an excellent location, good customer parking space, easier access and a more comfortable office, the one thing that stands out above all others is the quality of the service I have always received at this office and in particular from its manager Nish. Nish is always a gentleman, very professional, attentive to detail and provides every customer excellent service. This is not just my experience but I observe the way he treats other customers every time I am at the office and they all receive outstanding treatment and service. Having rented from other offices as well as other car rental companies I can honestly say that my experience with Midway West LA and in particular with NIsh has been the best experience I have had to date. I would highly encourage anyone to try this office and meet Nish along with all other staff members. With the introduction of AI, service has begun to falter, even more so than before. The shift to less human contact and more technology integration makes us all feel nostalgic for the days when we had more human interaction and more pleasant customer service. Midway West LA is just that - a return to traditional values and principles of customer service that we are all eager to experience but very feel businesses have the courage to offer. Midway West LA is one of those few that still do.
