After submitting my reservation request, Falcon Car Rental called me and told me I was eligible to rent a Corvette C8. Based on that, I uploaded my driver's license and proof of insurance, completed the required paperwork, and paid the rental amount and then I later paid the remaining delivery fee. The company had approximately 55 days to review my documents. During that time, I was never told there was any issue with my insurance. I even called the company about three days before my reservation regarding my remaining payment, and no insurance problem was mentioned. Then, one day before my scheduled rental, I was informed that I could not rent the vehicle because I was not listed on my family's insurance policy. At that point, I had virtually no opportunity to correct the issue. The company refunded my delivery fee and about half of my rental payment but retained approximately 50% under its cancellation policy. My disappointment is not simply about the cancellation policy. My concern is that Falcon Car Rental had my documents for nearly two months, told me I was eligible, and waited until the day before my rental to notify me of an eligibility issue that prevented the rental from happening. If you're renting from this company, I recommend confirming every insurance requirement in writing as early as possible rather than assuming your documents have already been reviewed.

I have used falcon car rental a few times now and have absolutely zero complaints. They’re flexible and extremely professional. We have rented high-end luxury rentals from them both times and it has been extremely smooth and easy.

Absolutely amazing experience. All day with the Lamborghini Hurrican driving around LA and along the coast was a once in a lifetime experience. Smooth process with Falcon from start to finish 100% recommend.
