My reservation scheduled this location as my pick up point. I arrived and they told me that I needed to go to another location 15 minutes away (and in the opposite direction of the airport). I arrived and they told me that I needed to go to another location 15 minutes away (and in the opposite direction of the airport). None of this was ever sent to me in advance. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and condescending. Avoid this location at all costs; it’s better to simply rent a lesser car at the airport from a better company.

Have been a 3 year customer of Enterprise and have always had a 5 star rental experience with the 3 locations I have rented from. Keep up the good work and I will be back.
