He was mindful of how I was visibly upset and reassured me that "all will be okay". The truth is I had dented a car that I had rented here... but the team here was very gracious and truly made me feel ok about the situation.
I can't emphasize it enough ; please do yourself a favor , get the added insurance they offer.
Again HATS OFF to Manny for making me see that I was drowning in a cup of water.
Aside from Manny I also want to give props to Harry, that man is a workhorse! He handled several clients all at once making each of us feel like we were the only one in the building.

I came in feeling completely unprepared and was having trouble locating important information like my insurance policy number, body shop details, and other documents. Despite all of that, Manny remained incredibly patient, professional, and kind throughout the entire process.
He took the time to answer every question I had, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. His positive attitude and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and easy one.
