But it was honestly so quick and easy as explained to me the whole process... read more Thank you Anas! I ended up at Midway Car Rentals North Hollywood because my truck is being worked on. Dealership directed me here and at first I was anxious thinking it was going to be a long process getting a rental and all. But it was honestly so quick and easy as explained to me the whole process. The car I was provided was a Chevy Malibu smaller than my truck but it definitely did the job. I needed a car to and from work and this car turned out great and reliable. I’ve had the car for a little over a week today and it’s been so much fun. Today might be the last day with it as I might be getting my truck back today 🤞. Definitely a great car that’s good on gas. I loved it. It was a fun car. Anas provided great customer service. He works professionally, quick and efficient. Thank you Midway and thank you Anas!

I needed a reliable rental quickly, and not only did they help me out right away, but they also gave me a great rate compared to other places I checked. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. They made the process smooth, fast, and hassle-free, which was something I truly appreciated considering everything I was dealing with at the time. The vehicle was clean, dependable, and exactly what I needed. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines great customer service with fair pricing, but Midway really delivered. I’m very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend Midway Car Rental to anyone looking for honest pricing and great service. I’ll absolutely be using them again in the future.
