They were incredibly accommodating with scheduling and meeting arrangements, making the entire process effortless. It’s rare to find a company that prioritizes both convenience and professionalism, but Go Rentals does it flawlessly. Beyond the seamless experience, their pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and quality of vehicles they provide. From the first email contact, I was blown away by the level of expertise and first rate customer service I received. I honestly appreciate Chris and the staff for making my experience so incredible that it almost made up for the inconvenience and expense of having my converter stolen. Almost :-)

We were staying in Santa Monica. ... read more With a last minute change of schedule, our national car service company cancelled our reservation on a family trip to Los Angeles. Without many options for car rental last minute in the Los Angeles area, I contacted Go Rentals a company at the Santa Monica Airport. We were staying in Santa Monica. Knew nothing about them but made the call. Both the reservation operator Rafael and the local Santa Monica office manager Chris Adames couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Go Rentals provide all sorts of luxury cars for folks flying into Santa Monica airport. Get off the plane and the car is waiting for you at the hangar. I wasn't flying into the airport and thought how this could work for me. Rafael and Chris arranged for a drop off and pick up at our hotel in Santa Monica at designated arrival/departure times. Thanks Brandon.There was also an option to drop off at LAX as another consideration if needed. Appropriate fees are involved here for the hotel drop off/pickup but folks I'm talking about convenience. On a family trip you want ease and comfort for the family. This worked out perfectly for us. We flew in, car was at the hotel, we got on our way. We rented a Toyota Camry as we were doing college tours but there are too many options to mentions here Audi's, Mercedes, Land Rovers, Cadillac, Toyota,-you'll find what you need.The car looked brand new and was both clean and spotless. Go Rental and the staff really saved us on our trip. Thank you to all. Chris special thanks.

I called... read more I went to Santa Monica office to rent a car by expecting a lot after reviewing all the great comments. There was a man who kindly informed me about different car rental rates and said that someone will contact me soon to finalize my rental reservation. However nobody called me for two days. I called them back to know what’s going on. All of a sudden the prices are changed. It almost doubled up. I was very disappointed. I thought it was a scam. Of course I didn’t stay with them I went to another company which I’m very happy with
