Pick up is amazing. They are there when you land. Drop off is a disaster. No clear instructions so almost missed flight trying to figure out where to drop car. Phone not answered, no signs at address, no instructions at airport etc. I asked person at pick up how drop off works and he just said ... read more Pick up is amazing. They are there when you land. Drop off is a disaster. No clear instructions so almost missed flight trying to figure out where to drop car. Phone not answered, no signs at address, no instructions at airport etc. I asked person at pick up how drop off works and he just said "turn right at the stop sign". I followed this and leads you to nowhere. What he should of said was "just park in the public lot and leave key under mat".

Quick solutions and answers. Clear communication. It’s wonderful. I cannot recommend her and her team to you enough. You will never go back to Hertz or Enterpise. I have used Go rentals for both personal and business across the country and all of their teams are great however Tessy and hers always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service! I cannot thank them enough.
