I use Go Rental between 20-30 times per year and have nothing but praise for their team, their customer service, and their attention to detail. I rented a car from the Aspen location and drove it back to Los Angeles. I was quoted $1,400 for two days and ended up getting charged nearly $1,900, despite the original quote and no additional days. The Go Rentals 1-800 number, Aspen local number, and Burbank local number were not very responsive.... read more I rented a car from the Aspen location and drove it back to Los Angeles. I was quoted $1,400 for two days and ended up getting charged nearly $1,900, despite the original quote and no additional days. The Go Rentals 1-800 number, Aspen local number, and Burbank local number were not very responsive. Burbank answered once but then stopped answering the phone. They refused to give me a breakdown and increased their fuel price to $15 per gallon! That is theft. I will revisit the review should Go Rentals become more responsive and rectify the situation but they're shoving this under the rug and it's not appreciated by me at all. For such a high-end car rental company, it is ironic that either their Toyota nor their service was high-end.

I’ve rented from GoRentals from this location for many years and they are the best. Would never rent from others. These guys literally are 5 star service personified.

Terrible service, asking to iMessage personal information. Saying I can have a car then making me jump through hoops at the pickup. Learn to run your business
